My childhood was happy. There was always a lot of books around me. When I was twelve years old I used to read one book per day.
Our family moved a lot. When people ask me "Which region are you from?" I say "Well, it`s hard to say... but we didn`t live in Eastern Slovakia".
My grandmother had eihgt children and I had a lot of cousins. It was interesting to meet all these different kids.
When I was a student my hobbies were: reading, writing, chess, piano, guitar, yoga and body-building. I used to write for a student magasine and I run a weekly program in a local student radio station (both censored by communist authorities in those times :-).
My mother was a teacher. My father was a teacher. My wife, my sister, my mother in law, my favorite cousins are teachers. I became a teacher too. During the last 15 years I was doing my job of a university teacher and researcher. Besides this I was interested in: writing, languages and since 1993 in neurolingvistic programming. I started to learn French when I was 28. I wanted to test some efficient methods of learning. It works! I am fascinated by languages. By the way - mathematics can be perceived as a sort of foreign language too...
In 1985 I decided to marry Erika. Building a relationship is interesting, sometimes exciting, sometimes difficult. Our first daugter changed our lives - for good. Now we have two children. My wife and my kids are two enrichissing dimensions in my life.
Our living in France in 1993 was a great event. I learned a lot. Living in another country helped me to understand better my own country. I started to learn NLP in France. Then I organized some NLP seminars in Slovakia. I am writing a book about NLP. I think NLP is one of the best models for describing how people change, learn, communicate, create, achieve goals, do excellent things. And it offers tools to achieve positive results.
Internet is my newest passion. I created my first web page in august 1999. My strongest metaprogramme is "informations" and my hobby is learning languages. Internet is perfect for a person with these interests. But the most fascinating thing with the Internet is its potential, its FUTURE. I would like to participate at creating this future.
